These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GoodAgroFarm mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Your account
- Accurate information: you agree to provide accurate account details.
- Security: you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- Activity: you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Using the Service
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Misuse the Service in a way that could harm other users or our operations.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of the farm records and content you submit to the Service (including uploaded images). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Subscriptions and premium features
Some features may be offered as part of a paid subscription or premium tier ("Premium"). Pricing, billing periods, and renewal details are presented in the App at the time of purchase. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the platform where you purchased the subscription (for example, Apple’s App Store).
Disclaimers
The Service provides tools to record and organize farm information, but it does not provide veterinary, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your farm management decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodAgroFarm and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any losses related to livestock health, breeding outcomes, feed performance, revenue, or operational decisions, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice in the App.
